You're the only person that can make it work. But also the only person who can f*ck it up.

You don’t have to be the best at your skill.

You don’t have to be a genius with 200 IQ.

You don’t have to know anything about everything.

You literally can be the worst in your school/job.

Sounds interesting?

If you are putting in the work every single day and progressing - It’s impossible to lose even without the assets that you have.

The truth is that to be a successful designer you have to firstly re-program your mind.

That’s a foundation for your dream outcomes.

When everything is going well you don’t need an iron mind, but when failure hits you and you feel that nothing is working you need a solid mind to fight against obstacles.

The difference between people with a fixed mentality and people with a good mindset is that the first category will give up quickly.

While…

The second is the configuration of the brain.

They have a SOLID mindset that will strive until they succeed.

You should never approach a fixed mindset such as: “It Is VeRy DiFfIcUlT tO gEt ClIeNtS!”

Always approach a winner mindset: “I will improve my design & communication skills and I will get more clients. Here are the goals for upcoming weeks…”.

Do you think it's hard to get clients?

Subconsciously you will act in ways that are really difficult to achieve.

The human brain has 2 parts:

  • Conscious part 4%

  • Subconscious part 96%

Only you can choose which part of your brain you use.

But, how to achieve things that seem impossible?

It's about approaching challenges with curiosity.

YOU → CHALLENGE.

The designer mindset is constantly looking for new collaborations, adapting to change, and embracing the iterative process.

It's fuelled by empathy, which allows us to connect with our audience on a profound level and design experiences that truly resonate.

Now, it’s the time.

Time to continue sharing this mindset, cultivating your skills, and pushing your limits.

Your journey as a designer is a perpetual evolution, and create amazing results for clients.

That’s the only way to win in the design world.
